Strengthening the personality of my two-year-old child:
Here are some simple things you can do to help a child's development at this age:
- Give your child the opportunity to play with children. Play is a great way for your child to make friends and learn how to be with other children.
- Encourage everyday skills such as using a spoon and putting on shoes. These skills involve small and large muscle movements, as well as your child's ability to think about what to do.
- Talking to your baby, naming and talking about everyday objects such as body parts, toys and household items such as spoons or chairs helps develop your baby's language skills.
- Read to your child You can encourage your child to talk and imagine by reading together, telling stories and singing songs.
